The time has come

Well that didn't go quite according to plan. Somehow I got it round in 84 blows so Nett 74 and 7 off the the lead going into tomorrow so chances are slim but a PB of 73 or less might get it done; ever the optimist :D

I didn't have a swing at all today and definately didn't have a putter which was frustrating. Probably left 5 or 6 on the course with the flat stick alone.

Oh well, tomorrow's another day

He couldn't hole anything from 3 feet and would have been close although to be fair there were only a couple of iffy shots that I saw. As for me I'm 2 shots further back and out iof it so going out early and only there to make up the numbers really. At least I've a chance to recover the 0.1 back from today. A top tip for all forum members. 9's on par 4's don't help and if you are going to take an unplayable (sound choice given the depth of the rough I was in) don't carve the next out of bounds. Muppet

Hawkeye - 84 sounds pretty damn good in club-champs mode - give it your all tomorrow - courses are brutal at the moment. I played awful today and have fourth round knockout tomorrow against the bloke who won the individual Captain's day today with 39 points - 3 over gross - with the rough very penal. I played like a plonker (again) and have to get my head in order to try and compete tomorrow!
