I was stood at a tee the other day waiting for three lads in their late 20's maybe early 30's to tee off (business types, you know the sort) and as each and every one of them tee'd off in turn out came the excuses along with expletives and slamming of clubs back into bags and finished off with hugely exaggerated stomping of feet off down the fareway, my playing partner and me couldn't help but uncontrollably chuckle away to ourselves, what a bunch of "hand crankers" they looked !...:rofl:

Will have a wee curse under my breath , have hurled a club or two in the past but over it now ;) Have a couple of phrases I say out load which is my code for swearing like a trooper

A man who doesn't swear or slam a club back in the bag after a terrible shot is not to be trusted.

He is brooding inside and will undoubtedly be harming small animals later that day.

Not a single gerbil was harmed during my last round, or afterwards.

Have snapped clubs in the past, realised it's only a game and it's supposed to be enjoyable so now only let the odd swear word out :whistle:
