He really hasn't won much given how overrated he is by most people. Never won in America. One win in the last 3 and a half years. Yet every time a major comes round people act like he's one of the favourites. Nice guy, but too nice I think - nice guys finish last and all that.

That doesn’t make him a bottler

And he gets spoken about in majors because he does well in them - but don’t recall many calling him favourite

5th at the US , 4th last year , 5th in the US PGA

He is clearly a very good player but just because he doesn’t win doesn’t mean he hasn’t bottled - same with anyone this week - they have all been beaten by someone who has been superb throughout each round

Go on then I'll bite, So because idiots think he should win every week and he only finishers in the top ten in majors, you think he's "Just a bottler in general. Always flatters to deceive and does nothing"

Boring final round but Cam Young misses a 3 footer on 17 to keep me on the edge of my seat to see if he finishes top 10 and wins me £26 or not.

With the way he's played today, I'm thinking not.

He's just very overrated for someone who never wins! Not really sure why, but probably just because he's English. Shame as he seems a lovely bloke, would be nice if he did win a bit more. Or even threaten to.

For me it's got more to do with the fact that he's great at racking up top 10's (great last round while miles out of contention is a speciality of his) while never really threatening to win. For someone that is around the top 10 in so many majors yet hasn't won in 122 events on the PGA Tour, you have to question if there is something going on between the ears.

He's up to 2nd all time on the PGA Tour for earnings without a win and he could overtake Cameron Tringale soon to be the leading money earner who has never won.

The age of golfing mediocrity is upon us.

I mean fair play to Harman, he played magnificently but the sport is in the doldrums.

When's Tiger back?

Harman has fully deserved that win. He's played solid golf throughout.

Let's be real, a player doesn't "run away" with a tournament on their own. The rest of the field allowed him to do it by not playing as good golf all round.

Rahm, McIlroy, Fleetwood, Straka, Young... They all had the same opportunities to catch and overtake Harman, lets not forget Harman only shot a 70 so WAS catchable

What a great round of golf and that final hole was a snap shot of his 4 rounds , brilliant with the putter

Seems he only found 2 bunkers in four rounds

Fully deserved win and can only applaud the level of his game

After this week I'm really looking forward to the Senior Open, however it seems ridiculous that there is now a 9-month hiatus until the Masters.

Still we have the Fed-Ex to look forward to.

Dare I say - Drive for Show, Putt for Dough.
(y) 9 out 10 majors are won on the greens, and the home nations don't possess the best putters in the world. These greens were rated as some of the best putting greens they have ever played, we need to prepare our Open greens hollow tined and covered in sand to bring these great putters down to our level :)

Some guts by Harmon on the 18th I mean he is 6 clear he could hit an iron to guarantee fairway but just hits driver and smashed it
For his 3rd shot, I was thinking, 8 iron, short of the bunkers. Chip on, single or 2 putt, job done. No, 5 iron into the bunker but then hits a great bunker shot. No need to take that risk but these guys don't think that way.

How many times do we hear someone blowing a lead on the 18th with a wild tee shot and the commentator says, 'why didn't the caddy give him a 5 iron off the tee?' They never try to give them that 5 iron though, they never hit that shot 🤷‍♂️.

I wonder if it is pre arranged, never to down club, never give a negative thought? It would be interesting to hear a caddies and players viewpoint on that.
