Watching the highlights on BBC. Already fed up with watching the Rory Mcilroy show. Which generally seems to be that he puts second shot nowhere near the pin pin, then misses a long putt. For goodness sake there's, 140 other players to watch.
Not another 140 players who are the best of their generation but about to go their prime 10 years without winning a major though. A lot of people want to watch that show.

Yes, but on a highlights show, I want to see a summary of the days play - not just an edited version of one players round. Even if he's is Rory McIlroy.

Err top ten in two of the three majors this year. Won a LIV event about two weeks ago apparently. I think he's class, and one of the best putters in the world, if not the best.

I watched Tommy Fleetwood's group on the Open's website. There is a lot of downtime following one group so I kept switching to the par 3 feed. The Masters gets it right; it's a pity others don't do the same.

The Masters App is the greatest live sporting apps I've seen. The ability to see every shot by every player is brilliant for flicking through and following people's rounds. Especially when they show a recovery on TV without actually showing how they ended up there in the first place. Or seeing a noteworthy score on the leaderboard that has been given no coverage.
Be interesting to see how Harman gets on today, but with a name like Brian, he must have a chance of keeping it going

I'd say you'd need two 5 Under rounds and hope the leaders have a couple of bad days if you're coming from 1 or 2 Under....
Fleetwood probably won't get better a chance than this to pick up his First Major.

What are the factors that decide on who’s being paired with who when you’ve got a whole host of players on the same score come the weekend?
As I viewer, it would’ve been fun to see Alex and Matt Fitzpatrick paired together today as both are at +2, but saw they’re not.
On another note. I’m surprised I haven’t heard or seen more about Sepp Strakas shot from the first day when he holed out from just off the green, bouncing the chip perfectly onto the mound to reduce the speed and made its way into the cup. No matter what happens, I can’t see a better shot than that being pulled off this weekend.
