As the great and the good of GM are all at the RC what is the word on the ground and views of the hacks in the press tent from both sides of the Atlantic. What has everyone been doing to pass away the time. Is the press tent still operational or have you decamped to an ark in the car park

In answer to this from the Spectators point of view - bugger all!
40k people all trying to get to shelter in the tented village was chaos. Food halls were packed solid because there was nowhere to go outside to eat, the Merchandise hall had a queue 200 yards long to get in and all the other stands were solid too.
Not much fun..

Thats why I left at 1, hung around for 3 hours and couldn't face another 5.
