Before the tournament.....um.....unlikely.

If Phil and Tiger had been a little stronger earlier, it would have been theirs to battle over i.m.o. these two with Jim F plodding along. If he hadn't made such a mess of the 9th, he could have done it or been close(r).

He duffed the ball of the first tee at Goswick. Has not been the same player since and did not qualify.
