Maybe a little light relief. I recall several things seem to draw out some big opinions, certain colour socks & gloves, type of trousers & shoes, etc.
Anyway, the coverage I watched of the Players last week should some footage snippets from days gone by and it struck me that the visor seemed more popular back then that it seems to be now.
Having a reasonable set of locks I would often wear one myself but having mislaid it a couple if seasons back I never replaced it. Mine was a mizzy one and watching a bit of Luke this week had me thinking maybe I should find one.

From the Pros, I recall Poulter still often sports one and Bubba but not too many others.

Any forummers prepared to declare a spot in the bag for one?

I won one last year, and after my hair had grown back I wore it during the hot summer. It will be worn again when in Belek at the end of May.

With my decline in the follicle department I require "fuller" protection of my head on sunny days. A knotted hanky usually suffices.

I used to have a Burner one .
But the decline in protection on my bonce means I am looking for a hat that I don’t look like Benny Hill in for my golf hols next month.
Sadly there’s not to many nice ones , looking at one like Radar wears.
Got to protect those ears as well.

I have two and prefer them to hats as I have a narrow head that is swamped by baseball caps.

Taylor made are my fav. I have an under armour one which is really light and can get blown off in the wind.

Use to wear one as a teenager and into my 20's. These days with little hair to protect my bonce I go for the cap look. You don't see to many visors on sale in golf stores so I guess that's an indication of their popularity these days

Visor all day for me when it's reasonably warm as there's nothing worse than a sweaty bonce under a cap.

I am fortunate enough to still have a full head of hair.

i have one somewhere, but i think i wore it once, kept the sun out of your eyes, but still had the sun beating down on the top of your head and with my 80 's haircut (short back and sides long on top) my hair still blew all over the place and annoyed me.

I always used to wear one (the full size ones and not the later versions which are more like hats with the top cut off) as they give better protection from the sun to the eyes with the wider brim. Sadly having now got a monks spot I have to wear hats.

Several still kicking around the place for the shady days.

I used to quite like a Vospr, think I may invest again for the summer but problem is finind a retailer these days that sells them.
