Had a great game this morning. First time I have ever 1 putted three times in a round. Two were short ones (nice flag positions) but one was a real longy. I could not believe it. So thanks to Will and Kate for the day off.

It was really busy though on the first tee when I was walking up the 18th. Two separate groups actually waiting by the tee as another group was teeing off. Glad that was not me as I tend to get nervous and freeze up if people are watching that closely. Even if I was a scratch golfer I could never be a pro in competitions with loads of crowds.

Our postie had today off,(probably out playing golf) and I'm sat here with no 2 iron.

We did not have any post today either. Will there be a post tomorrow or do you have to wait all the way up to Tuesday?

Major browny points collected painting the kitchen, then a fine 2 hour session at the range and time to polish my golf shoes before tea. Enough to make me a Royalist...nearly.
