TFL Strike

I live in Surrey and work in the City. The strike has meant that I need to get two over land trains and walk instead of a train plus the waterloo and city line. It hasn't been that bad. Just grin and bear it. I thought we Brits were made of tougher stuff than this to be honest.

I've heard people complaining, getting annoyed about how bad this all is and how much harder it is to get into / out of work. It's only two days for crying out loud.

I take a train into Charing Cross or Cannon Street then its's just a 15 or 20 minute walk, haven't bothered with the tube for commuting in nearly 2 years, but it's been a pain in the Aston Villa getting a seat on the train the last 2 days with the DLR closing suddenly there's double the normal amount of people on each train.

The DLR is running, altough some shared stations might have been closed.
