Testers needed - for golf-grip training aid

Hmm as a saints fan got to try and win somethink this season lol

As a fellow saints fan, I feel your pain! Could be worse - could support our local rivals in blue ;)

Anyway, I could really do with something like this as my grip keeps shifting back to being too strong and I could really do with something to engrain a proper grip into my brain / muscle memory.

Are the reviews from this going to be in the mag or on here? Would be really interested to hear some feedback on them!

Mine arrived and going to try it out tomorrow on the range. I think my grip is quite neutral and ok but also think I start with it in my fingers and then re-grip to having it in my palm so will be interesting to see if it confirms that and/or prevents it.

I used mine at the range tonight. I fitted it quite easily to my 7 iron, the whit line enables you to line it up. The packaging claims 90% of us amateurs have the wrong grip. I must admit it felt really awkward at first and my ball striking wasn't great. Going to persevere though. I've got a lesson this week so will take it along to that and see what he says... Jury's out for the minute....

Not tried it on yet BUT what do you line the white line up to?

Line it up square to the club face.
If your grips were fitted correctly then it should line up with the marker on the grip but you should check it the the club face to be sure.

Thanks. The diagram shows it lining square to the driver so I guess the top line of irons...my grips seem square and have alignment marks so should work. Nothing worse than fitting it on wonky and using it like that!!

Took me a while... I have a white line on my mizuno golf pride grips, so just aligned it to that... Felt awkward though....

Well maybe it feeling awkward is a good thing if it highlights an issue with your current grip? I do wonder if it might be a bit big for my hands but will give it a go tomorrow. Today I noticed more and more a sense I was re-gripping yet when I try to hold the club more in my fingers it makes my grip way too strong...

i had this on the driver for 9 holes a few weeks ago. i couldnt really say if it helped or not as my driving was in a really bad state at that time. should get to the range this week and ill give it another bash.

it slips onto irons easily enough. it has highlighted to me that there can be a gap betweem the left thumb and index finger. when i tried to form a so called "proper grip" in the past i always had these two squeezed tightly together.

i was reading a very old book today, jack nicklaus - total golf techniques. in it he says especially if you have small hands, your left thumb can form a valuable anchor for your grip. push the left thumb down as far as it will go - this is whats called a "long left thumb". you wil find this will firm up your grip and also increase your feel and control.

in other videos ive seen about this they say it will give you more power!

Sent my review back to Tom. Took a few goes so hope its alright.

A friend from work is currently borrowing it but as soon as he is done with it I would happy to send it on to someone else that would like to try it?
