Tennis/Golfers Elbow

another exercise is wrist curls holding a tin of beans/soup

lay hand on table knuckles down, grip a tin of soup etc and raise wrist gently up and down.

Also try one of the support straps,m can get em on ebay for relatively little
 
I've had it for about a year now using pain killers to play went to doctors she told me to go on you tube and do the exercises on there she also told me if it persisted she would prescribe a patch used for angina to put on my elbow still think rest is the best cure but very hard to stay off the course
 
In severve cases which i had one after taking tablets from the drs, it was a case of the Cortisone injection for me , now not sure how dangerousi t was and the implacations to the rest off the body, but for me it did wonders and had no more pain there what so ever. but as other people say only use if severe.
