Television help

Anyone seen this issue before?
Just appeared when I turned the TV on - vertical white lines down the right hand side of the screen - coloured horizontal ones across the bottom third. Tried turning on/off - changing sources etc. Same on everything I try.

Hey thanks for this - Sharp 40B JFK. My research seems to indicate this is a potentially fatal error.
