I'm thinking of treating myself to a set of these for Christmas, anyone else playing them or tried them out. Just looking for some feedback before I take the plunge, cheers.

Hi m8, I got a mixed set comprising 4,5 & 6 in the MC and 7,8,9 & PW in the MB.
Best irons I have ever hit. Although now I am going to get the 4,5 & 6 heads in the MB.
I got the Nippon NS Pro 950GH shafts and they feel great with a tight dispersion.
If you fancy a game gives a shout and you can give them a try.

I tried them but couldn't do them justice with my game. The good ones were sublime but too many mis-hits and they get punished severely in terms of loss of distance. I like the idea of the comb set mixing with the MC's and that could have been a way forward but I'll stick to the R11 until I can play the game well enough to dream of either set

Thanks Andy, I'm probably going to go and have a hit at them at AG in EK tomorrow, always a risky move as we know they always behave their best whilst being tested

I've got the MC TP's I really rate them. I hit the MB's and the MC's on the simulator and loved them both. For me I just needed a bit more forgiveness.

They are sexy! But as with many sexy things they tend to be high maintenance. If you stray so much as a few millimeteres they wil extract revenge. If your game is up to it then go for it.

I have the old TPs and i love them but as its taylormade they will proberbly be out with a new set of TPs before long

MMMMMMM very sexy. When the shoulder gets better I am getting myself some new irons and a driver. I definitely at the top of shopping list is a combo set like that. I had the TM RAC TP combo's years ago and loved them. Also on the shopping list is a combo set of Mizuno MP63 & 69. But will see what the fitting session comes up with.

I'm just waiting delivery for my R11's...can't wait to get them out on the range and then on the course.
Had mine about three weeks now and loving them. Best clubs I've hit in 2011 and believe me I've tried a lot. Very forgiving but with a good ball flight. I need some help as the handicap is going the wrong way.

I only started again in May after a very long (7 year) lay off and am playing the TM Burners right now. Got down to 19.2 in 6 months and need help to get down further! Done a lot of reading about clubs, but I am a TM fan and always have been...so they seemed the natural choice for me. Nearly went for the 2.0 Burners, but for an extra ton, the R11's made sense.

Just to advise I ended up getting Titleist 712 CB's, can't wait to get out and hit them now.

enjoy them mate, out of interest what made you get the titleists? was there just not enough forgiveness in the mb's?
