I have always been a bit scared of getting a tattoo. The thought of it being there forever (i know they can be removed by laser but this doesn't always remove them completely) just makes me nervous.

My wife went and had one when she turned 40 and she loves hers and it looks very good too. Its on her back just below her shoulder so not on show in normal clothing.

I am now thinking of getting one on my back somewhere and I have my design in mind which I like. I think I am going to go for it.

How many of you have got a tattoo and is there a shred of regret? Are you one who became a human canvas? Are you getting more? Do you want some removed? Why would anyone have on on their face or neck - let me know?

I've got one on the inside of my left bicep. Got it done in Thailand - "Thai style" with bamboo. Looks awesome, absolutely no regrets at all, was a fantastic experience and wouldn't change it for the world. I'd love more but the cost & time required just isn't worth it for me right now, will almost certainly end up with more at some point though.

As for the design, how about "Fore left" or "Fore right" - possibly on the forehead.

Got my first one in 1994 in Rotterdam, couldn't remember even getting it (but had wanted the design for ages) was at the legendary Nightmare in Rotterdam all weekend rave so had one or two disco biscuits that obviously bucked up my courage. Regret it? No, I often forget its there and when I do look at it, it reminds me of an incredible period of my life.

Got two more since but not really any plans for more. Unless disco bics make a comeback of course 🤣🤣

A lad at work said his girlfriend had a chandelier tatoo done. We all looked a bit bemused so he suggested we google it. We all got a bit of a shock I can tell you . Try it, but not at work. (I didn't feel a need to see her version, it looked horrible to me)

I have 5

Star on my wrist
Two tribals on my biceps .: can hide them for work but out of work they can be seen

Then on each shoulder is a Batman tattoo.. one quote with the logo and the other a joker card with “why so serious” do enjoy the looks you get when swimming lol

I’ve got a SaintsFC one. Dad and granddad both had it, so got it done too. Don’t regret it as it reminds me of all the times we went to footy together as I grew up.

Keep considering another but nit decided yet.

An ex had a ribbon on her lower back, so it would be like a present each time.... god knows how she can explain that to her grandkids 😂😂😂

I think you should get a Red Rose on your forearm and 'England Rugby' underneath...........;):ROFLMAO:

Don't have one; never had the desire or urge to get one. Nearly all my mates who I play with at the golf club have them - I am the odd one out! One of them is literally a walking canvas, with his lower left leg the only place that is 'naked'; in the summer when he's wearing shorts I've told him he looks ridiculous!!

I have a couple. The first was done when I was 15. Don't regret them at all and will probably have another done this year. What I would say is "Make it personal to you". Please do not get something stupid that doesn't mean anything..
