T pegs joined by string

Not specifically aimed at the OP but why are people so bothered about finding them? If it's not obviously visible leave it, it's only a tee.

P.S. Homer was right

Tight wad alert:) There was a chap I played with once and I noticed there was some tape round the middle of his tee, I asked him what it was and he said it had snapped so he taped it back together with some gaffer tape:eek:

Hello Peter and welcome to the forum.

Yes I have a set for use in frosty weather, very sensible and useful. Also very easy to find and pick up with my grabber.

Bit annoyed with Peter for posting this as I always get a fair amount of entertainment watching newbies trying to peg up with telegraph poles in a hard frost

When I opened this thread this morning, this posting was the first on the page and I thought oooe-err what excitement have I been missing in my life.

Taping broken peg tees was not quite what I expected. :(

I think the cones on string look quite cool and totally disagree with Homer.

I am going to get some of these for winter golf.

If I can't get a peg in the ground then it's too cold to be playing !!

But, I do use the string method at the practice ground, instead of breaking 20 or so wooden tees I now have 4 or 5 plastic ones of different sizes tied together, works a treat and there is no having to look for them after the shot.
