I'm looking to get one of these Superstroke grips for my putter, probably the slim 3.0. My question is, being so thick, do you have to use a different grip with your hands or just use my normal one that i'm using now?

Thanks

I put a SuperStroke 3.0 Slim on my putter a couple of weeks ago .............. and haven't used it yet!
I hope this helps .

Slime.

I'll be using it in Scotland next week. I'll report back with my findings.

I had a knock with a Ping Scottsdale TR with a Fatso grip on.

Rank!

Felt numb, with zero feel and control of distance was a nightmare.

I could probably get used to using one of them but it would take me quite a long time to get used to the feel of the thing.

Not for me.

I put the Superstroke Fatso on my putter and its the best thing I have done. I miss far less from 4-6 feet than I was previously doing so I am well chuffed. Sorted the putting bit out now all I have to do is hit the green from 100 yards in which is the main issue for me.

My 3.0 arrived yesterday. Put it on last night but won't get on course until tomorrow, hit a few putts on the carpet and happy with how it feels.

I got my pro to do it. Usually do my own but said I'd get him to do this as it might be slightly different and after paying £22 for grip wasn't taking any risks!

how much did this cost you?

and also does he cut the original grip off? Is there any way of keeping the old grip

He just charged €5 so it wasn't a whole lot really. He said he'd keep the old one if I wanted it but I said I didn't so he just cut it off
