How about this for coincidense or just plain luck??
Mate and I played yesterday - he was telling me he'd had a game on Saturday as well and he lost his car keys on the course (fell out of his bag somewhere) he was gutted , as you would be. Playing the 12th with him yesterday, he hit his drive, got to the ball, there it was - right next to his keys!...guess it pays to be consistent! - amazing all that space on a course and his ball lands next to them, strangest thing i have come across on a course, other than those two women I caught in the woods by the 4th in the summer :)..anyone else any similar stories?

A quick question u hit a long shot into a par 5 no one is really sure where it went u spend a couple of minutes looking for it and cant find it (then u see 2 women in the woods) then when someone goes to tend the flag its in the hole is it lost because u gave up looking for it would it be lost if u had used up your 5 mins or have u compleated the hole so it can't be deemed lost at any stage.

The latter:
As soon as the ball is in the hole it is dead, even after 5 minutes or if you had given up looking or had played another ball.
Decision 1-1/2 of the Rules of Golf, where the USGA answers the question thusly: "The score with the original ball counts. The play of the hole was completed when the player holed that ball."
Now lets get back to the 2 women!!! :p

I have a story similar to your two women (which you won't tell).
I was playing our 11th one evening in the summer a few years ago, and in the strip of trees (only 1 tree deep) between the 11th and the 4th green there was a naked couple going at it hammer and tongs. They didn't even look up and acknowledge us as we played past, not more than 15 yards away. We said a cheery hello, but nothing back. Some people are just plain rude.

2 women topless in the grass going for it with each other, they were oblivious to us, did stay and watch for a while! they seemed to be enjoying themselves
Sounds like my kind of golf club ;) Nothing better than a couple of 'ruff' divers, enjoying the great outdoors.

Wow im pretty sure that your club will receive more membership applications as a result of this story, mine might be one of them, very interesting indeed.

Better than the back of the 13th at Wimbledon Common then which use to be a notorious hang out for those with George Michaels interests and didn't want to travel to Hampstead Heath for their fun. Not a hole to go long with your second

Haha....that is the brilliance of this forum.....the guy has told us all about the amazing 1,000,000 to 1 situation with the keys and everyones only interested in the girl on girl in the rough!!!.....brilliant!!! Er....were they fit???? ;)
