How many of you can stand on a tee with the diver and confidently hit a fade?

Gentle fade most of the time or sometimes i'll go for the power fade. The fade is by far the easiest shot to hit regularly and consistently IMO

I do not fade my irons though as i prefer straight ;)

I started the year playing off 9.8 and have gone steadily the wrong way since. My game unravelled.

I have been aware for some time of a big overswing, especially with the driver, but it was only recently that someone pointed out to me that, rather than me having developed previously unseen flexibility in my 40's, my left arm was bending nearly 45 degrees at the top of my backswing.

My one swing thought now is to try and maintain a straight left arm and the last couple of rounds have been a revelation - crisp irons, especially my short irons, which are now giving me a whole host of birdie putts. My driving has improved but still needs work.

The left arm was definitely my problem.
