Yes we did it when we introduced 5 different tee sets for men - we also at the same time introduced 3 tee sets for women. We did not standardise par across the mens and womens tees, each set of mens tees is par 70, each set of womens tees is par 73.Any other clubs introducing this initiative ?

It simply means that you have the same par on all your different tee sets. You need to have one master set that conforms to the required distances for par 3s. 4s and 5s - the other tee sets don't need to.Sorry what do you mean ?
We standardised pars across all tees following our re-rating last year (NB, we still have different pars for men and women).Any other clubs introducing this initiative ?

Do the stroke indexes remain the same as well?It simply means that you have the same par on all your different tee sets. You need to have one master set that conforms to the required distances for par 3s. 4s and 5s - the other tee sets don't need to.
Yes, in all circumstances i have heard of. In theory i assume you could change some but that sort of defeats the purpose of the simplification.Do the stroke indexes remain the same as well?
