Just been reading the MGS driver awards and the two srixon models were in the top 5.

The 565 beating both the Epic and the New M1

Anyone had a shot yet?

Asking because I'm a born again Srixon junkie. 😁

Just been looking through the data and all it shows to me is that there is virtually nothing between the majority of drivers out there today.
It almost entirely comes down to preference of looks and brand loyalty.
Any of the drivers, if hit out of the middle, are going, in real life terms, the same distance with the same spin ,launch and height etc..
I think a far more useful test would be to use off centre hit data - more difficult to collect effectively, but more useful to us as we don't hit the middle of the club all the time.
That would show the best - but even then it might not be the best for you or me or him...

Your signature would suggest quite the opposite. A mix of callaway, titleist and Adams.

Not trolling by any means, just stating the obvious

Back to the original question. Not a lot of agents for them near me so doubt it will be one I hit, but I agree with imurg

He has Srixon irons:mad:

My mate at Tain has a whole new set this year all Srixon apart from the wedges and the bag its self which are both Cleveland. The pro at Tain is a Srixon/Cleveland fitter. Ive hit his driver and 3 wood, but didn't like it as they all had really lite Miyazaki shafts in X flex it was still very light.

I'm liking the Srixon Irons and you can have a mixed set quite easily with them all having the same loft set up.

I had the previous model, the 545. It seemed to go like the clappers when hit well. But, not being fit for it, as soon as things went wrong I lost all confidence. The reg shaft getting most of the blame.

He also has a "Titlist" 3 iron and has also bought "mane" putters recently.:rolleyes:

Eye rolling Emoji's reek of absolute ponce BTW. Type of person that probably struggles to make eye contact in real life for fear of feeling the warm wee wee run down the back of their legs. Just saying, tough guy.

Leaving the Sig as it is to wind you up

And to answer Oddsocks. I did say born again junkie, however it might take time to try, test and buy more. Based on my experience with the irons though i will be seeking to try it out. In the spirit of counter pedantry however () i have 4 Callaway, 1 Adams, 1 Titliest and 7 Srixon Clubs. The Majority OEM by some distance :D

Thanks to those that bothered to answer. Need to find an outlet that stocks them. Tour X maybe as they are big advocates of Srixon gear

I am a firm believer that a shorter driver shaft produces the best results.. this 565 driver has a 45 inch shaft.. epic standard is 45.5 (can be changed to 44.5 I believe) and m2 is 45.75

I think there lies the true reason for the best performance

This escalated quickly didn't it!

I love the look of the Srixon's, then again I get all kid in a candy shop over most new shiny clubs that come out.
