Sore right wrist!!!!

Ok, I know I am setting myself up here! Am willing to take the hit!

In all seriousness (I know am asking a lot) but after a round or a range session I have developed a shooting pain in my wrist. If you follow your little finger down to your wrist there is a little bit of swelling and a lot of pain!

Anybody else suffer from this, or know any solutions?!?

Ice. In cold water... 15 mins every hour. Mine was a serious one, a split tendon.... hopefully yours is just a sprain.
