I’ve been noticing that I am more tired after my rounds lately and me feet in particular have been aching and sore. My course isn’t particularly long or hilly. I am thinking of buying new insoles to see if that helps (memory foam for example)
Does anyone suffer with similar issue and tried new insoles?
Or is it time for new shoes?
