Been blocking most of the long clubs (mainly driver) and occasionally compensating flipping club straight left. Seem to be on my toes at impact a lot and might be down to early extension? Flipping the club as well...my video is below

Good looking swing! Wait for @bobmac or someone who knows what they are talking about to come along (or see your local pro).

For my own learning, I'd be keen on anyone's view about the need for Paul's club to work more up (upright) to get the face pointing more towards the ball after the club is parallel with the ground, instead of facing the camera (closed?) towards the top.

It's hard to see but it looks like your left hand migt be a touch weak.
Try turning your left hand a smidge clockwise.
Also, is the grip on your driver thicker than the rest of your clubs?

Looks allreet to me. Although you may need to work on your feet movement. Finishing in the perfect golf position is not the best. You should have both feet pointing towards to target, as well as the full torso with the head swivelling left and right scanning the horizon for where the ball has gone. (y)

And also practice masking your panic in a calm voice, with the statement "anyone get eyes on that one?". You can also try "lost that one in the sun".

There's lots more that could be done. Firstly, youtube everything including:

"How to chicken wing"
"Reverse Pivot for victory"
"Driving Poorly? Buy a Hammer-X"

The ball flight says that the swing is slightly in to out, with the face square to the swing path. Strengthening the grip a little should result in a gentle draw. If it results in a hook then you'd need to work on getting the swing path a bit more on the outside.

Is the OPs swingpath in to out?

Well, he said he's been blocking his driver. To me that means starts right and stays right.

I know but the video shows a fairly good swing path, in to in if anything.
Having seen the grip better from the front, it looks strong which would explain the straight left shot and the block is holding the release to not hook.

sorry video quality is awful
You have a great swing mate. One thing for sure is what ever it is its not going to be big. The only thing I can see (that I'm also guilty off) is moving off the ball a little on the backswing. If I sway off and don't make it back I flip my hands to reach the ball and hit an mahooooosive snap hook. Or I if I do make it back I get too ahead and hit a straight block

I mentioned on another post that this is the exact same thing that happened to me. It was crazy to hear a pro say "weaken your right hand to stop it going right"!!!!!!! Crazy game! We're all nuts

Here are a few stills from the swing.

I see a closed clubface at the top, a neutral swing path in 2 and 3 and a slightly low exit point in pic 4.
If the swing path was in to out, the exit point would be much higher.
So for me I think the swing path is pretty good but the strong grip is causing the misses left and right.

I’m not a pro, far from it! But I did have the same shot pattern as you are complaining of.

What I was told to do, and it worked, was to feel like my right shoulder was going out more towards the ball in the downswing. It felt over the top to me, but it was far from it when looking at video. This feeling helped me keep the club more in front of my body through the hitting area.

This of course only helps if you are actually coming at it from the inside (which was my issue).

I'm not an expert but I do understand the ball flight laws. How can you hit it straight right without the swing path being in to out? Also, in picture 1 it looks to me that the ball is too far back in the stance.

Sure you’re not hitting them straight, and aiming too far right?

I have to work on my aim quite a bit, as I sometimes end up aiming my body at the target, rather than parallel to it.
