Some help with my putting

Hi everyone, this is my first time here.

I had some questions regarding putting as it is easily the weakest area of my game.

I have problems reading the undulations of the green and on longer putts i often end up quite far from the hole. Does anyone have any tips? or are there any training aids which can help?

I have had a look at some putting tips on this website and wondered if anyone had any other good tips?
