Solicitor Glasgow

Request for Glasgow forummers. Looking for a solicitor in Glasgow to do Will and also divorce advice in respect of assets. City Centre location probably best as this for my sister who lives in Arran and would be getting in to city by train to Central. Sympathetic and patient ear required ?

I've spoken with a randomly chosen solicitor in Glasgow West End this morning - and he'll do the job. I'm just looking for recommendations as most folks buying or selling a property will know a solicitor.

That could work well for my sister as I'm guessing there is rail link from Ardrossan to Ayr, so yes if you can ping me their details.

Why not a local solicitor, they'll probably be cheaper, just as good and save a lot of travel .

You mean a Brodick solicitor? Well I suppose so - though I think my sister is very wary of local gossip...by which I mean - her perception of local gossip. And things are difficult...

I can go up to Glasgow and she can make a case to her husband for going to Glasgow to meet me - her husband won't go with her. And we can then go to a Glasgow solicitor together without him knowing. It's complicated

All very well using a distance solicitor, until you need to amend something or the executor has to make that journey.

No direct link by rail to Ayr [as far as I know] good bus service.

Thanks Billy - well - she realises she has to something about her Will (as we all need to but are good at putting off...) - and realises that maybe the relationship side needs addressing - after many years prevarication. I help as I can...but tricky having to do everything pretty much behind his back...
