My parents were due to fly home from Spain last Friday - Dad is loving the extra break around the pool, my mother is desperate to get home to see the Grandkids.

I've a mate in Spain who is due to go to France tomorrow before coming home on Thursday, and best of all my boss is stuck in America.

I off course will be working very hard in her absence and not finishing early to play golf tomorrow...

Inlaws had to train it from aberdeen to stranraer then hss across home instead of flying, then supposed to be heading back away again to copenhagen tomorrow. That is looking like a no go either.
One of my fourball guys is still in Turkey waiting on news to get home also.

My missus is an airhostess and she's stuck in Tbilisi, Georgia. She's been out there since Wednesday, but they're paying her well for being away and eating into her days off so it's not all bad! x

My folks are on a package trip and are being looked after - I presume those who have gone it alone won't be able to claim on insurance as this will be classed as 'an act of God'

As those that have met me may know i am an Immigration Officer working at the Calais port clearing passengers before they travel to Dover. I worked Friday night and have never seen it so busy. P&O took foot passengers all night, they normally stop at about 21-22:00. Ques just to buy foot passenger tickets were as much as three hours at times and we had almost two hundred coaches. All this with 13 staff. God only knows how Dover and Calais would cope if this goes on for months.

CVG is stuck in Sicilly - it's his own fault for going on holiday!
Looks like him and HID are going to share a hire car with another couple and drive back.

Got a feeling he's going to miss the 9.25 time on wednesday in the April Stableford..

My Brother-in-law is out in America, on a golfing holiday with his mates! Was due back this weekend but not able to get a flight for another week, poor boy

They're staying in a timeshare owned by one of the guys, and of course nobody's flying out there, so accommodation not a problem.

Oh, and my nephew is on his honeymoon and unable to get back from Mexico, can't imagine how they're passing the time. :p
