Hi all,

Playing yest and had a terrible round off the tees that in a moment of madness snapped my shaft of my driver on the 10th after another horror shot off the tee. Now regretting this daft few seconds but done now.

Am looking for some help where best place to get a new shaft as looking for a very stiff shaft plus low launch??

Be careful with the broken shaft. Carbon fibre is ludicrously sharp, and will leave splinters in every thing it touches. Including the inside of your golf bag, ready to stick in your hands at a later date.

Any good golf pro should be able to reshaft it for you. However, good shafts are expensive, and it is often cheaper to buy a new driver, especially if you buy last years model.

Very stiff plus low launch at reasonable price = Grafalloy Pro Launch Red.

Not sure how stiff is very stiff, but certainly above is low launching, and comes in stiff shaft. Perhaps you need a very stiff unbreakable shaft ? :D :D

In an X stiff version, bloody stiff.

You could also try Grafalloy Blue (note - not PL Blue). That is a poker. £30 from Gamola Golf.
