Just remember to play to your limits and you'll be fine. I play off 9, and i take a couple of friends around my course. They used to try and knock the ink off the ball and that was getting them more frustrated. So i introduced them to the handicap system and how the index works, and how playing to their h/caps would instantly give them more confidence. Convincing them that 120 yards straight was always better than 250 in the s!*$e! Now they're off 21 and 23 respectively, and thats since last June.Playing at a local course for the 1st time on Saturday with a mate of mine who's a member - Weather looks sunny (but cold). Looking forward to it immensely! Hope I can swing the club like I have been doing at the range.
