Slow Swing Speed- Why?

Did the operator not give you any pointers or reasons why your swing speed was so low? Without seeing you hit a ball I wouldn't have a clue where to start and would only be guessing.

Foxholer: Nice bag!

What exactly was the meaning of 'Impact Angle' btw.

this is the interesting one

hate jumping to conclusions but the obvious one here would be the club head getting way ahead of the hands

the scary bit is the suggestion to change (blame) the ball or loft based on these; they will impact distance for any given club head speed but surely you deal with that first, then review the other factors (because any solution to club head speed alone is likely to impact them!!!)

Take your driver in your right hand, turn it round and grip it just below the head so you can swing the shaft. Grip it tightly then swing it back and forth and listen to the noise it makes, if you grip it really tight it will probably be silent. Now grip it loosely so that it almost falls out of your hand, swish it backwards and forwards again making sure your grip and arms are loose as a goose. You should now hear a loud swishing sound, allow your body to turn through and you should now understand how to build up real speed.

One very quick and simple thing for you to check is......are you cocking your wrists? If not and you have a very 'armsy' swing you will find it hard to generate any speed.
