Single Strap Bag into Dual Strap

What's it actually called and where do I need to look online to buy a short strap that would convert a single strap cart bag into a dual strap config?

I've seen it done but dunno what to look for, nothing obvious jumps out on AG or clubhouse golf

More like this. I believe they're called Tour Straps but there must be more than just this from vessel (which is sold out)

So the existing large single strap stays on the bag and this dooda fits to the bottom end of it

TBH the type I linked are the only ones I've seen. The Vessel one looks like it might be specific to their bags.

The one you linked to might well be a good other option and good it's just clip on
Seems like the 'tour' version will do any bag as its just velcro to attach but harder to source and dearer
