Just a shout out to the great support they provide.

A couple of months ago the clip on the charging cable snapped. I contacted support and they sent me a new one.

A couple of weeks ago the fixing on the watch strap broke. I contacted support and they're sending me a new one. Absolutely no quibbles. Fantastic service.

I agree about Shotscope service, it has always been great when I've used it. The last time was when a screw had come out of the strap of my V3 and they sent me about 20 replacement screws and a screwdriver FOC.

The pin holding my strap has come out right by the face. It still works and I carry it in my bag to measure distances (I'm an Arcoss stats man) but it isn't automatically going to the next hole now. I'll drop them a line seeing this positive post
