shot scope charging issues

I have a shot scope H4, with a charging cable that has a kind of crocodile clip that is the connection onto the H4, I find that charging is very hit or miss, sometimes its fine, sometimes it part charges and then empties the charge, sometimes it doesn't charge at all. It is very frustrating, does anyone else have the same problem?

Never had a problem with charging my H4.
Have you looked at the connections to see if any are damaged?

Might be a good idea to get in touch with Shotscope Support. They're very helpful and may even send you a new charger

I’ve got the H4 as well and never had those issues. Only charging issue I’ve had has been user error when I accidentally had the charger upside down.
