Shot lengths

Hi,
this is my first post, so be gentle with me.
No matter what club I use my shots always lack length.
Also my driver, 3 wood or hybrid all tend to be the same length, around 150yds.
I do have Rods in my spine but this only detracts minimally with my swing.
I have recently returned to the game, about 3 months ago and play about once a week and my handicap is 28.

There could be a number reasons e.g. narrow swing arc, poor wrist hinge or lower body resistance. It could even be your equiptment (not necessarily poor quality but just not suitable for you).

Therefore, you really need to see a pro for a lesson mes thinks.
