At Elie last month when the weather was fab....big party of Americans arrived. All in shorts. Pro sold off his stock of long socks that day.... wonder if the rule is about attire or income

I can only play in trousers, feels wrong otherwise.

I do have to buy those really lightweight trousers for it though,wore out my first pair and my last pair were a cheap dunlop, awful!

If I get back into the game I am going to have to invest. My current addidas ones work OK but being black do get warmer. Need to be cream if you are not going the shorts route!
