Shortest putt you've missed

Today i missed a

10 incher

c'mon , make me feel better :D

Walked up to one once that was on the edge of the hole after leaving it short for a birdie. I walked up and waved my putter at it to finish it off and smacked it into the back of the hole and i jumped out. 3-putt from 6 foot was most impressive, gave my partner a hand up after falling over, pissing himself from laughter.

Couple of inches or so. Splashed out of a bunker, sand still on the ball + sand on the putter face = sand to sand contact and ball hardly moves off its spot

About 2" here as well.

My own fault. Missed an uphill putt which stopped about 2"inches behind the hole and walked up to 'just finish it off'. I nonchallantly knocked it with the back of my putter a tad too sharply and somehow "chipped" it back over the hole.

And yes, it was in a medal - naturally!!

I've missed similar but I have also picked up during a stableford when my ball was at the edge of the hole. Thought I was out but actually had a shot and could have picked up a point by tapping it in.
