Short game book Phil Mickelson or Dave Pelz?

Faldo's A Swing For Life is an excellent instruction book, and whilst obviously covering all areas of the game in great detail, the short game sections are very good, explaining the different chipping and pitching techniques. He is a fan of the clockface method re pitching distance control, but also suggests gripping down to the shaft metal and taking a full swing as another option.

No I was giving the OP information that it wasn't really comparable, when he was asking about two books t about the short game.
A dictionary may be more useful but doesn't tell you much about the short game.
