Anyone know anyone that has done it or doing it?

At our club we have a man who is 78 now I think. Who shot a level par round a few weeks ago. +3 on the front nine and -3 on the back.

Not only that last season he was in two single match play finals one he won on the 14 th and the other was beaten on the 19th I think to a Bridie..

Remarkable man I must say. Still playing somewhere between 6/7 handicap I often wonder how many players out there at his age play to this level?

A good friend of mine shot his age in qualifying for one of our board comps. A level par 72. He then went on to win the semi final and final. Not bad for someone who was in the middle of chemo, and sadly died a few months later.

It felt like the whole club cheered him up the 18th in the final... a very emotional day...
