Anyone had more .1s than me this season? out of 17 comps played I have had 13 .1s 3 buffers and only one under H/C

This included 7 .1s on the trot at the end of season,

all that for a .2 move in handicap ha

4 or 5 qualifying comps left tho weather dependent to save the year

13 x .1 & 3 buffer in 16 was worst run ever id say

8 straight 0.1's in the 8 qualifiers played so far.
3 or 4 buffers have been missed by a shot which is frustrating
And this might sound strange but I haven't generally played badly.
I can recall rounds where I had 4 or 5 lip-outs and another 2 or 3 stop on the lip.
Just 2 or 3 of those needed to drop and a cut could have been on the cards instead of an increase.
No wins, no buffers but......
I've reduced the really bad rounds to a minimum.
Very few low-mid 20 pointers.
Many 30-35 scores and a few high 30's,
Now the driving seems to be getting better, along with GIR increasing, I'm creating more birdie chances.
Just need a few to drop and those numbers will tumble!
I also have, possibly, a stable lineup of clubs which has to help.

4 cuts totalling 3.3, 2 buffers and 6 0.1's. Handicap 2.7 lower than at the start and still got loads of qualifiers and the annual review to come

Be in a 28 handicapper I don't get 0.1s. I have however only had one cut off a supplementary card hopefully taking me to 26.4. A few more qualifiers left and hopefully another supplementary card or two before season end will help me hit my aim of 22 by Xmas. :thup:

Doesn't look great but I do feel I have to play well to make buffer tbh

If competitions were played between holes 3-16 I'd be way lower this year. Nature of our course though, in holes 1 2 17 & 18 we have SI 3, 4, 5 & 8.

Ive had 3 cuts totalling 1.8, 5 buffers and 4 .1s.

Started on 15.6, currently 14.2, with about 4 qualifiers still to play.

Actually a.1 move in handicap from start of year , the rounds are correct


unless something happens in last few it will be a very disappointing year
