In dreadful conditions, you'll always get handling errors when it's like that.

Always an excuse..........

They were rubbish, both sides.
Re-setting scrums is killing the game.

How did England play so well against Scotland?
Because both teams wanted to win the game, result is attractive rugby.
When both teams try NOT to lose the game you get games like this weekend.

Good win for England in appauling conditions on a surface that was almost unplayable.
Only unbeaten team and brimming with confidence.
Well done lads.

Like all sports Al , when its played well its good to watch , England did the basics right , made fewer mistakes & deservadly won ,

Bit like golf on a bad day the one who does the least wrong has better chance of wining

......and when did the rules change to allow squint feed ins.
No point in having a scrum if you allow that nonsense.
About time the referees started controlling the games, not the players.

On another note, my mrs has a 6 nations sweep going on at work run by her bosses rugby club. She currently has 6 out of 6 in results.

Unbelievable.

Not a great game and littered with errors. Stop start at the set pieces and just happy England ground a result out. Dublin is always a tough venue so to get out of there with a win not playing well is a good sign for the future

I thought England played quite well; better discipline and less handling mistakes. I think they played the right game against Ireland.

Bang on!

Horrible horrible conditions, it was never ever going to be a flowing game of running rugby yesterday. England made fewer mistakes and pressured Ireland into making more. Simple. I am getting quite impressed with Owen Farrell, he is growing into a very very good player and playing his way to a potential Lions squad.

The conditions yesterday were a rugby nightmare, cold, wet, rubbish cutting up surface. "up yer jumper" rugby!
