Rugby Sevens

It doesn't matter how strong a word it is, if a football player standing on the goal line handles the ball deliberately to stop a goal then that is cheating, like it or not. Pulling a player by the jersey when he is clean through on goal and dragging him back is cheating.

Like it or not, cheating is cheating, using foul play to gain an advantage is cheating.

You can dress it up however you feel like, facts are facts.

Totally agree and my examples mirror your own views. A keeper hauling through a striker in on goal. Deliberate act taken in the knowledge it will stop a goal and if done far enough from goal minimises the chance of a goal from the resultant free kick. Out and out cheating

There was a superb atmosphere at the Rugby and all the teams played to the spirit of the game except the All Blacks.

I said that they were cynically fouling which Foxholer agreed with........end of.

It's been as you would expect the Commonwealth games to be - played in the right spirit and with a friendly atmosphere.

It's great to watch and the people that I know that are competing are loving the atmosphere
