I have just had a lesson and ironed out my strong draw into a nice soft one, was taking the clubface back closed and correcting it at the top. Now take it back correctly and hitting it beautiful!

I'm fortunate enough to have been out today and tomorrow and the next day etc.
Weekend is the 2nd round of the Daily Mail Club Classic but I fear I may be dropped from the team. Really, really (REALLY) want to play but will caddy if not selected...really want to play though!

I've a stableford on Saturday and not looking forward to it as the swing changes are only just bedding in and this comp may have come a fortnight too early. Tempted to play in the roll up on Sunday but torn between that and working on the short game following my lesson yesterday

Just organised a saturday round with my flatmate and his brother, sunday will probably see me hacking round a muni on my own.

Can't wait for the weekend, playing The Dukes at St Andrews on Sat at 11:30 with my Old Man, brother and my mate, overnight at Old Course Hotel then another round on The Dukes at 11:30 again on Sun. Will probably head out for a few pints on Sat night, anyone got any recommendations on pubs etc?

You can't beat the Dunvegan and the Pilmour, There's also a club in a basement under one of the bars just up from the pilmour, it usually gets pretty lively in there, mainly students though.
Theres a cracking picture of a windswept Seve just to the left of the bar in the Pilmour.
I'm hoping to get back there in April, Absolutely love the place.

Was lucky enough to play this afternoon and it was the best day of the year so far. Discarded all the layers I could before it got embarrassing but was still a tad warm
I'm down to caddy for young Lucy who is my winter pairs partner in the match on Sunday so will do my utmost to make sure she thrashes her opponent - short of running her over with my trolley that is!
