Replacement shaft

Seeing Greginfife's link double check you read the label correctly

I have a Mizuno Dynalite Gold XP R300 (not sure if this a 7 iron shaft though)
or
TT Dynamic Gold Lite R300 as the nearest to that (originally from a Mizuno but grip changed).

The Dynamic Gold XP was the replacement shaft for the Dynamic Gold Lite

Sounds like you know about shafts. I honestly couldn’t tell you a thing about them. I’ll just play whatever’s in there. Dynalite dynamite or c4. I just went ahead and bought that eBay one Greiginfife linked.

At what point do I just buy a new set of irons?! 😂
Hit a ball with my 4 iron into the net in my back garden and this happened.
How the heck does it break there?! Any explanations welcome.

Who fitted the grips and how were they fitted? I had that happen once and when I removed the grip the shaft was heavily corroded.

It breaks there because it is the point between the two hands where a lot of stress would occur and where the shaft cannot bend to absorb it when you (normally occurs when you hit the the ground). The butt is where a shaft is at its thinnest.

Seen it twice on my clubs (different sets).

Yeah makes sense. Must have weakened over time I guess. Will just have to do without a 4 iron for a while.
