Ordered a Ping 430 7 wood a couple of weeks ago to go with my other 430 fairway woods.....the store couldn't get hold of it so offered me the 440 head instead for the same price....which I took. I also went to the super-duper light 35g? shaft......getting some good results so far...turning into a fav club.

I've recently acquired a TSi1 20 ° hybrid as I struggle with 7 woods...has a 40g regular shaft which, by rights, shouldn't enable me to hit anything remotely straight....
It's the straightest club in the bag and gives me everything a 7 wood would without launching into orbit....

Because of this new 7 wood, my Callaway 11 wood has now been retired and hopefully sold. I've adjusted by lowering my 5 wood one degree, leaving the 7 at neutral, and raising the 9 wood one degree to get closer to a 10 wood. But dang....when I pick up that 7 wood light shaft and give it a shake it sure wobbles.
