As previously asked - why do you use the word may when referring to the NPR? It is always there but as you say may be horrible

I use the word too loosely in the context of a rules discussion in respect of NPR - in effect I was trying to say that it might be your nearest point of relief but it might not provide you with much relief of the sort you‘d hope for.
