Red Bull paid the American biker $2 million for this stunt. After the jump the biker said he will never do it again, not even for $10 million...

that was totally safe i raced motorcross up until 2 year ago and the planning that went into that jump took roughly a year and wouldnt have even been attempted if any1 thought it would end up wrong yes i agree there is a risk but not a big 1

Yes I understand, but H&S doesn't and can't cover unexpected events. Richard Hammond from Top Gear had all the safety aspects in place but that didn't stop a near fatal crash.
