I lived in a tower block in Thamesmead for a while, some one used to keep their horses in the foyer overnight, one even got into one of the lifts

I can think of a few likely suspects on here that would say that "golf is stuffy" for objecting to burnt out cars being left in bunkers!

It's a loose impediment, so under the new rules you can now remove it from a bunker.

But it is a movable obstruction and could have been moved last year unless using a tow truck is not thought to be 'reasonable effort'.

If your ball finishes in in or on the vehicle you ball has not yet come to rest on the course therefore you have to pick up the ball, move the vehicle and drop at the point where you estimate to be directly under where the ball lay.
