Not a fan per-se Del, but some of their stuff is quite good, as you say, for driving. Fire Frei and Adios are very.. shall we say... Energetic.

Of a similar vein is Nightwish. I think they are Scandinavian although not 100% sure.
Same type of industrial sound mixed with a more classical strings arrangement.

I studied Deutsch to quite a high level and can make sense of most of what they shout which makes it a bit easier!! Musically very good, as are their videos.
