Was in AG in Camberley this afternoon and happened to be there when the TM rep was in. I've seen the new R9 and the TP version and they do look a decent club. To be honest the standard version looks pretty good and much thinner topline than even my tour burners. The TP version has a much smaller head and heavier shaft. I was hitting the standard version pretty well and getting a good distance (on a monitor admittedly). AG in Camberley have a set on the shelf for sale but others have said not available until October 12th.
They are pretty forgiving and come in 4-SW. The longer irons (4-6) are designed in a similar way to their fairway woods and aimed at getting the ball up and with maximum forgiveness. I didn't hit more than a 7 iron so can't comment but they certainly feel good. The regular shaft is around 95g (steel) and the TP version around 114g. Iwas using a regular shaft.
