Quick Question about wedges

Ok , i bought myself some cheap wedges and have got on well with them . I have not got much money and was thinking of buying myself some second hand decent ones , my question is , will the grooves be worn out if they are old ? and is it legal to have them regrooved? and also is it expensive ?

any clues much appreciated

Your best bet might be to look around at some of the clearance offers on new wedges, quite often you can pick up decent ones for really silly money. Or look at something like the MD range, pick them up brand new on ebay very cheaply.

Also, a few weeks ago Direct Golf (I think) were doing a set of 3 Adams wedges for about £100. Also a good make.

thats about what im trying to spend and i want three , been using a 56 and a 60 but have got on so well with them compared to the sand wedge i got with my irons i`m thinking i might want a 52 gap wedge as well

The Norman drew md wedges always get good reviews so worth a look. Also another recommendation for dunluce golf if you go with md very good prices especially if you go with last seasons.

MD do make some very good wedges. I've heard the Seve wedges are very good value
