Found a great putting practice device for the back garden,small cutter removes turf perfect and inserts a 4" cup that holds eight balls with a lid,will upload a pic later....

Call me sceptical but I seem to remember all your forum posts have been related to putting devices such as you mention.
Am now waiting for the reveal closely followed by the blatant use of free promotion on here. That is until the mods pull the thread.
What was wrong with the Mullerice pot suggested earlier? Has to be a far cheaper option than what you will no doubt be promoting!

Only 4". Sorry would need mine to be 4.25" 
As said above the standard lawn isn't really up to par with a proper green so unless you have perfectly manicured grass the use of such a product would be highly limited.
